MOPA pulse laser cleaning, to meet the surface cleaning needs of various materials

The MOPA fiber laser system's resonant cavity is an optical fiber. MO (Master Oscillator) is a low-power laser; generally, a suitable wavelength laser is selected. The low-power laser LD (laser diode) can directly modulate the output parameters by driving the current, and then couple the signal light generated by the LD into the PA (Power Amplifier) power amplifier system through the pigtail to amplify the signal light.

MOPA laser is the most widely used laser cleaning. Since the MOPA fiber laser system can strictly amplify according to the seed signal source coupled into the system, it will not change the relevant characteristics of the laser such as the central wavelength, pulse waveform, and pulse width. Therefore, the parameter adjustment dimension is higher and the range is wider. It is more adaptable to different application scenarios of other materials, and the process window range is larger, which can meet the surface cleaning of various materials.

In addition, MOPA lasers have a high laser energy margin, and laser cleaning equipment can be upgraded by improving laser cleaning devices, such as increasing the laser processing spot and coordinating intelligent systems. It is worth mentioning that due to the excellent performance and flexible scene applicability of MOPA lasers, they are particularly widely used in emerging industries such as new energy batteries.
